Gorgeous 2 bedroom (2nd bedroom is an open loft) one bath room Ocean View condo in desirable South Kihei on the island of Maui. This is a very quite top floor corner unit with a fantastic ocean view; you can easily see the whales breaching when in season. This is a small, quiet, neighborly complex with a pool, hot tub, and bar b q area. The unit is 640 sq ft and fully furnished with linens, large flat screen HD TV, pots, pans, and all utensils, everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, and microwave. The unit also has its own full size washer and drier. There is a large widow unit air conditioner but you rarely need it because there is a nice breeze way which keeps you cool. Small dogs are also allowed.
The complex is right across the street from famous Charlie Young beach and Cove Park surf spot. Charlie Young is a beautiful, long, wide, white sandy beach where locals gather for sun tanning, volleyball, and sunset. Cove Park almost always has surf breaking and an ideal place for learning to surf or stand up paddle board. Koa Kai is also a short walk to the most popular bars and night spots in Kihei (Life’s A Beach, Lulus, 3’s bar and grill, Dog and Duck, and more…)
