Sunny and Bright 2 BDRM
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103

This adorable 2 Bedroom house is in a quiet, safe, tight-knit little nook called "the pocket" right off of Grays Ferry avenue, behind Navel Square. Walk to University City over the South Street bridge in 5 minutes, Rittenhouse Square in 15 minutes, close to south street shopping, and restaurants. Street parking is very available. The #12 bus stops at the corner to take you downtown / old city in ten minutes. Lots of Penn students in the neighborhood because of proximity to the South Street bridge.

It features gorgeous restored hardwood flooring downstairs with a staircase in the center giving way to seperate living and 6-person dining room. Kitchen has brand new stove and stainless steel refrigerator, and a door that leads to a small backyard, with newly poured concrete and potted plants; large enough for a table with two chairs and grill.

Upstairs has two nice size bedrooms with original tin ceilings in the back room with an alcove that could be used as an office, nursery or walk in closet.

Brand new fixtures in the bathroom as well as brand new plumbing throughout the house - you will never have to worry about leaks or the basement flooding like in most homes in Philadelphia. Basement is great for storage.

I am moving to San Francisco as soon as I find someone who will love the house as much as I do, so I am flexible with move in date.

I would consider renting it furnished for $1700(I moved in in December, so all furniture is only about 6 months old, contemporary and comfortable), I am an interior designer and have taken the time to select each peice carefully.

Unfurnished - $1600.00 including hot/cold water.

No cats, small dogs considered.
