Great Apartment in Safe Suburban Minneapois Home

Share a home in a safe, quiet suburban neighborhood close to Minneapolis hospitals. The apartment is comprised of three unfurnished rooms and a private bathroom. It's simple, impeccably clean, freshly painted and warm. The home is a 1950 built rambler with oak hardwood floors. Share the living room and newly remodeled kitchen with the home owner who has an apartment in the basement. It is ideal for one person - a non smoking male or female nurse who needs a safe and quiet residence close to the city but removed from any danger or noise. Owner maintains the home with loving care, takes care of all yard work, snow removal and home maintenance. The owner is a single 55 year old male. He is a semi retired counselor and organizational coach. He is kind, happy and athletic. He is totally respectful of you, your space and your boundaries.
The apartment is available beginning October 1, 2008. Cost will be $750.00 per month which includes utilities. A house cleaner will enter your space once every two weeks to clean the house and you must agree to this. You should have a cell phone and some way of using your computer that is not dependent upon a land line. No pets of any kind are allowed. No children. There are laundry facilities in the basement and it can be used when arranged with the owner. The owner has worked to coach and improve the relationships between workers in hospitals. He has high respect for those in the medical professions.
